I need to hit the gym.
As we get older, our bodies tend to make exercise more difficult. We think back to the way we were when we were kids and reminisce about how much more we were able to do, whether it be playing sports, lifting weights, running or just doing pull-ups.
Even back then, some of those things were hard to do. Something tells me this kid doesn’t have a problem doing any of these activities.
This Ripped 7-Year-Old Can Probably Kick Your Ass
Meet 7-year-old Ryusei “Ryuji” Imai. Like a lot of us, he likes Bruce Lee. But unlike most of us, he’s got a chiseled frame that puts my beer belly to absolute shame.
Ryuji is already in phenomenal shape at his tender age. He is also very skilled in the ways of martial arts, and when he was five years old, he went viral for doing a move-for-move rendition of Lee’s nunchuck routine from Game Of Death. Yup, not even out of second grade and he’s already a badass.
When I was that age, I could barely play games with friends without getting winded, yet this kid looks like he can do more push-ups in one set than I’ve done my entire life.
Some of the stuff he can do is downright impressive — and looks like it hurts.
Take a look at some of the moves this kid can do and let it serve as motivation to get in shape.
