Aphex Twin Launches Mysterious Countdown Clock

Aphex Twin is up to something. The reclusive Scottish DJ/producer has launched a countdown on his website leading to Thursday, July 6.

The mystery started this past Saturday, the same day Aphex Twin performed at Field Day festival in London, where he sold a Field Day 2017 12-inch record and generously live-streamed his set (see it in full below). 

Here’s guessing we will have some more new music coming, which is a good thing considering that the limited-run vinyl he sold at the music festival quickly sold out and has appeared on eBay for more than $644. Yikes.
