Judgement Day Arrives in New Trailer For ‘The Mist’

In 1980, Stephen King’s novella, The Mist, brought readers into the small town of Bridgton, Maine just as it was threatened by otherworldly mist that hid monsters and other threats. In 2007, director Frank Darabont brought The Mist to the big screen as a feature film that was critically acclaimed. Now, Spike is attempting to bring the story to television with a brand new take on the tale and new characters as well.

Spike has released a new trailer for The Mist, which introduces some of the central characters and hints at the creatures who are invading our world. However, as in the original story, the real threat will turn out to be humanity itself as neighbors turn on each in their desperate bid to survive.
