What we need in this world is less people like the bag of garbage in this incident who was thankfully arrested for his actions.
This entire incident was caught on video, and shows 29-year-old Barry Baker walking out of a Pennsylvania 7-Eleven only to run into a 22-year-old man with cerebral palsy. After Baker holds the door for him, he begins mocking him. Once the man walks out of the store, Baker continues to mock him and then sucker-punches him like a complete coward.
