This July, Titan Comics is bring Robotech back to comics. And for the first time, several of the best artists in the comic book industry are getting their shot at Robotech in a new round of variant covers for the first issue.
First up, how about a little Minmei and Rick Hunter by Stanley “Artgerm” Lau?
For better or worse, you’re gonna see a lot of Minmei covers on this series. Here’s Karl Kerschl’s take.
Next up, Blair Shedd provides the prerequisite action figure variant of Minmei! Just kidding…it’s Captain Rick Hunter.
Michael Dialynas gets a chance to draw the main cast in his cover.
Jason and John Waltrip went retro with their Robotech #1, and they really captured the look of the classic anime.
And finally, here’s Kerschl’s take on Captain Hunter.

Robotech # 1 will be released this Wednesday, July 26, in comic stores everywhere.
