As a big The Simpsons fan myself, I would probably crap my pants if I ever met any of the people behind the voices, so I know how this kid named James felt when he finally realized he was speaking to Nancy Cartwright herself. Yep, the voice of Bart Simpson.
James is a 13-year-old middle school student who was just out and about trying to sell some candy bars for a fundraiser in order to win a prize. The prize? Just a limo ride. But something tells us that the “prize” of meeting Bart Simpson was a hell of a lot better. Now that’s pretty awesome.
Hell, that kid even got a signed bookmark by Cartwright. This lady’s bank account is loaded, so it’s nice that she took some time to make that kid’s day. And we know that James won’t ever forget that day.
