Next week, Boom! is assembling five creative teams for the WWE: WrestleMania 2017 Special, which offers an even deeper glimpse at some of WrestleMania’s greatest moments as fictionalized by the comic book creators.

At the time, Triple H had recently recovered from an injury that forced him to sit out of the Invasion storyline. And in these pages, you’ll see Triple H in the unusual position of underdog as he struggles to reclaim his place on top of the card and defeat Chris Jericho for the WWE Championship.
