As Leonardo da Vinci once said, “Art is never finished, only abandoned.” Such seems to be the curious case of Flume and his Skin album. Although the Australian DJ/producer’s sophomore full-length just won the Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album, there seems to be a lot more where that came from.

Back in November, Flume shared some new songs from the Skin recording sessions, entitled, Skin Companion EP I, which were solid B-sides that helped round out an already impressive release. Now, he’s back again with four more cuts on Skin Companion EP II.
Again, Flume doesn’t disappoint with his hypnotic blend of glitchy melodic electronica backed by a wide array of talent: Pusha T, Moses Sumney and Dave Bayley of the Glass Animals (the standout track).
Check out Flume at this weekend’s Air + Style LA with co-headliners Major Lazer, Zhu, YG and TV on the Radio. Get tickets HERE.
