For the first time in a long time, the 2017 Grammys lived up to the hype of “music’s biggest night.” There was so much to talk about, but at the end of a nearly four hour awards show, you probably want to know who won so here are the results (BELOW).
As for your humble music editor’s 2017 Grammy predictions, I was 6 out 10. You can hardly call Adele winning a Grammy an upset as she showed not once, but twice with amazing performances (and that speech!), but even she acknowledged in a teary-eyed acceptance speech that Beyonce’s Lemonade album was more deserving. I had Queen Bey taking home the Album of the Year and Record of the Year, btw.

As for my other misses, Chance the Rapper was the big surprise of the night, beating out Drake (my choice) for Rap Album of the Year. It was especially nice to see the Grammy’s award the Best New Artist to the 23-year-old Chicago indie rap star, who beat out the favored Chainsmokers (anytime they lose, music wins).
It was also nice to see the Recording Academy right so many wrongs by awarding the late, great David Bowie four much-deserved Grammys for Blackstar. Also, note that Crave favorite Bob Moses took home their first Grammy for Best Remixed Recording (check out the above interview with them). Cheers fellas!
