The wait is finally over, y’all! Donald Glover (AKA Childish Gambino)’s Golden Globe-winning tele show Atlanta is finallyyyyyy set to hit Aussie screens, with the folks at SBS dropping an official premiere date into our hot little laps.
Those of us who’ve been patient enough (or shit enough at the internet) to wait to watch the FX series through legitimate means can do so when it officially debuts on idiot boxes across the nation on Tuesday, 28th February.
The show will kick off with a double episode on SBS VICELAND, and continue weekly with more double episodes coming our way.
No TV? No problem! Atlanta will also be on SBS On Demand, so you really can’t lose.
ICYMI: The show was written, produced by and stars Glover, and follows two cousins trying to make their way in the Atlanta rap scene. IMDB currently gives it a user rating of 8.6/10, which says it all really.

UPDATE: The first season of Atlanta will be released digitally in Australia on Wednesday, 1st March, along with some special behind-the-scenes footage. Aussies can pre-order the full season over on iTunes, Google Play, the Playstation Store, the Microsoft Store and Dendy Direct.
