Jamiroquai have announced the return of the Space Cowboy with a new album and international tour (see tour dates below).

The out-of-nowhere announcement of the upcoming Automation album comes in the form of a ready-for-sharing trailer on the British band’s Facebook page (see below), featuring mad hatter Jay Kay, wandering a sci-fi landscape in his trademark headgear.
There is no word yet of an album release date, nor if there will be a North American tour, but fans will be eager to hear/see something from the godfathers of future funk, who haven’t released anything since the somewhat disappointing 2010 album, Rock Dust Star Light.
