OK, so me saying that it’s the “most hilarious thing you’ll see today,” is pretty bold, because if you don’t think it’s funny you folks will berate me on Facebook. Probably. And if it’s funny, but not the funniest thing you see today I will still get berated. In conclusion, you folks sure love to berate us.
While we’ve recently seen awesome trailers for Blade Runner 2049 and Baywatch, it seems like IMAX somehow accidentally released a bad version of The Mummy trailer, because while it has all the actor’s voices, all the other sound effects are nowhere to be found. And what we’re left with is just a bunch of hilarious scenes of Tom Cruise and his co-stars yelling and making the most awkward noises.

Trailer of the year? It sure is a strong contender. Well, we will probably still be there opening night, and that’s mainly because the cast includes Annabelle Wallis and Sofia Boutella. So obviously we need to check it out.
