Movie score maestro Hans Zimmer has announced that he’s bringing his concert experience ‘Hans Zimmer Revealed’ to Australia next year.
The man behind some of the greatest scores ever will play four arena dates in Australia, unleashing a “multi-layered” experience upon punters.
The shows will cover Zimmer’s expansive career and will be split into two parts. The first will cover classics like ‘Gladiator’, ‘The Lion King’ and ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean’, while the second part will feature re-imagined versions of scores for ‘Inception’ and ‘The Dark Knight Trilogy’.
Zimmer has toured through Europe with the same concert, kicking it all off at London’s Wembley Arena.
“I am very excited to get some of my very talented friends together and give our audiences an experience unlike any concert they have ever been to before,” he says of bringing it to Australia for the first time.
Zimmer is arguably the greatest film composer of our time. He has composed music for over 150 films and has picked up 10 nominations for Academy Awards, winning one for ‘The Lion King’.
