A trio of Aussie basketball nuts have just pulled off the most impressive three-pointer known to man.
The group, appropriately dubbed “How Ridiculous”, have done to the Guinness World Record for “highest basketball shot” what Shaquille O’Neal does to unsuspecting backboards.

The three m8s have pulled off the trick shot of a lifetime, shattering the record set by Dude Perfect earlier this year when they sank a basket off the top of a 543-foot high building, by doing the same thing off one of the world’s biggest dams.
The daredevil sporties took a heave off the top of Switzerland’s 180.968 metre (593.73 feet) high Mauvoisin Dam, and made a splash that even Steph Curry would be proud of, and even higher than Klay Thompson. Nothin’ but net, people.
And — in your face Kobe Bryant — they apparently pulled off the earth-conquering swish on just the THIRD try!
“On only the THIRD attempt, Derek breaks the Guinness World Record for the highest basketball shot ever, swishing one from a massive 180.968m (593.73 feet) off the top of Mauvoisin Dam in Switzerland!” the group’s YouTube description reads.
Yep, there’s a YouTube description, because they filmed the whooooole thing. And the video’s online right bloody now.
