If you ask us, snapping a selfie with a python seems like something that would fall somewhere between drinking the tap water in Flint and watching Fox News.
Annnnnnnd, it looks like we were right about that, as some dipshit in Mount Abu, India recently thought it would be a good idea to take a selfie with a python that had just been captured by his pals slithering around in a hotel.

Fortunately for the man, the python bit him on his shoulder instead of the face, so he was able to walk away from it with just minor injuries. And fortunately for us, somebody was taking video on his or her phone, which means hopefully everybody who watches it can learn from his bad decision, one that seems almost as brutal as letting a child take part in holding a wild, pissed-off snake.
I mean, what the hell, people? Are people not thinking before doing stuff anymore? The answer is no.
