There are two possible reasons why this rich woman decided to throw wads of cash at a sales girl behind a jewelry counter: 1) the woman was so pissed off at something that was said to her that the only way she could get revenge was to throw money at the girl, or 2) the woman loved a specific piece of jewelry so much she just had to have it, no questions asked, so she decided to buy it immediately. I'd like to think it's reason number two, but unfortunately I think that the rich Chinese woman was just being a huge asshole, and she would be a nightmare at strip clubs.
