Collegiate Hockey Goalie Drinks Beer During Game And Gets Ejected

Hey, since his team was up 7-0 after two periods, maybe he was just trying to make things a tad more even.

Unless you’re a student at the University of Virginia or VCU, then odds are you probably didn’t know each school had a hockey team. Hell, since they are both club hockey teams, odds are most students at both universities are unaware there was a hockey team on campus.

But thanks to Virginia’s Jake Anderson, that is no longer the case.

The sophomore goalie was handed a can of Keystone Light by his frat bros during Friday night’s curb stomping, and in an epic display of hockey badassery, Anderson slammed it.

Apparently, you can’t do that — even in club hockey — and Anderson was ejected from the game.

But in all seriousness, who gives a shit? It was a club hockey game, and drinking between periods should be mandatory. Plus, that dude is probably still getting laid this morning because of that stunt.
