Anthony Rizzo Made One Of The All-Time Great Catches Last Night

Here’s something that hasn’t been said, well, probably since Charlotte McKinney has been on this planet: The Chicago Cubs are hotter than Charlotte McKinney doing a Carl’s Jr. commercial.

The Cubbies have won 12 of their last 13 games, and they are making a serious push for their first postseason berth since 2008. And in last night’s 3-2 victory over the dog-shit awful Milwaukee Brewers, first baseman Anthony Rizzo showed just how far he and his teammates are willing to go this year to bring their fanbase to the promised land.



We could be wrong, but we’re pretty sure that was the first time a baseball player has jumped on top of a wall to make a meaningful catch since Taka Tanaka in “Major League 2”:
