Some quarterbacks take their offensive line out to a swank dinner after a job well done, but Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski doesn’t think a trip to Applebee’s would be sufficient after the performance New England’s O-line turned in Sunday afternoon against Buffalo.
In New England’s 37-22 win, Tom Brady threw for 361 yards and four scores and was only sacked twice on the afternoon. A whopping 94 of those yards went to Gronkowski, who was interviewed by Fox Sports’ Tony Siragusa following the game.
Siragusa began the interview by calling Gronkowski the “sexiest man on the New England Patriots.” Gronk then when on a mini-rant about his sexy offensive line and their “sexy bodies” before finally saying on live television that they are “the ones who should get laid tonight.”
The interview did take a confusing turn there for a second, though. I mean, how in the hell do you “play a great job”?
