Diane Keaton appeared on the Golden Globes last week to give (and sort of accept on his behalf) Woody Allen’s Cecil B Demille lifetime achievement award in film. And then, right after she gave the award, one of her L’Oreal commercials came on, which really illustrated how much Photoshop work TV commercials (and magazines) they apply to celebrities faces.
We want to make one thing clear, we think Diane Keaton is awesome. And we applaud her for not going the way of the plastic botox face. She has aged like an actual woman and she is much better looking for it. Celebs who get plastic faces as they get older look just like that: plastic. They don’t look real and they aren’t “attractive”. So, this post isn’t meant to drag Diane down for looking great and normal. It’s more meant to remind us how the people we see on TV don’t actually look like that in real life. Below are the side by side comparisons of real-life Diane and TV commercial Photoshop Diane.
