A remake of The Magnificent Seven? It might almost be worth getting upset about, if the “original” The Magnificent Seven wasn’t a remake of Seven Samurai to begin with. The only thing that really matters is whether Antoine Fuqua’s new version of The Magnificent Seven is good enough to justify its existence, and whether it’s worth the exorbitant ticket prices at your local multiplex.
