‘Peaky Blinders’ Creator Steven Knight Does The B-Movies Podcast!

Steven Knight wrote the Oscar-nominated drama Dirty Pretty Things and the celebrated crime drama Eastern Promises. Steven Knight wrote and directed the award-winning Locke, starring Tom Hardy, and he created Peaky Blinders, the hit series about English gangsters in 1919. Steven Knight also co-created the game show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? and now… Steven Knight is on The B-Movies Podcast!

Join your host William Bibbiani as he interviews Steven Knight about how to write screenplays, his upcoming projects Taboo and World War Z 2, and how he feels about his game show spawning the Oscar-winning drama Slumdog Millionaire. This episode was recorded just minutes before Steven Knight’s talk at the “Writers On Writing” event at the Writers Guild of America, and if you couldn’t make it to that event this should take the sting off.

We keep getting your letters, so we’ll keep reading them on the air! Be sure to drop us a line at [email protected] with your comments, opinions, suggestions, the films that inspire you and your questions about Bibbs and Witney.
