During Secret Wars, a team of all-female Avengers was born. They are the A-Force, and they’ve regrouped in the All-New, All-Different Marvel Universe!
Now, She-Hulk, Captain Marvel, Dazzler, Nico, Medusa, and Singularity are starting to come together as a unit and they’ve even extended a hand to another female Thor, who just so happens to be another Dazzler from an alternate world. The problem is that Dazzler Thor has enemies, and one of them has followed her to this Earth!
Last issue, the Countess seized control of Nico’s mind and forced the young sorceress to condemn her friends to a watery grave. In CraveOnline’s exclusive preview from A-Force # 7, Nico has to find a way to save the team even if she can’t quite free herself.
Kelly Thompson and artist Ben Caldwell are the primary creators of A-Force # 7. Here’s Marvel’s solicitation text for the issue.
“After narrowly escaping a grisly death at the hands of one of their own, a weary but determined A-Force make bold moves to free Nico and the town from Countess’s control. However, saving the day is going to take more than just super-powered punches.
A-Force is going to have to go deeper than that changing Countess’s very mind which is not exactly something super villains readily embrace. Meanwhile, developments with the team’s sparkly Thor rock A-Force to the core.”
A-Force # 7 will be released on Wednesday, July 20 in comic book stores everywhere.
