The Festival of Friends has unveiled its line-up for this year’s event, which will be held at Ancaster Fairgrounds – Canadian Randy Bachman, along with Charles Bradley, Emerson Drive, and Teenage Head, are all on the bill.
Bachman will be performing with The Sadies. Bradley will headline. The festival’s executive director Loren Lieberman told the Hamilton Spectator, “That’s as cool as there’s gonna be in town this summer. Those who love him love him a lot.” Bradley is an American funk/soul/R&B singer who released his third studio album, Changes, back in April.
Admission to the Festival of Friends is free of charge (as it has been since the beginning), and the festival will run for three days. The Festival of Friends is an outdoor music, art, and crafts festival in Hamilton, ON that has been produced annually since 1976. Their mission statement is to enrich the quality of life by promoting and celebrating all aspects of cultural life; to support artists and cultural groups through programs accessible to all people within Greater Hamilton and beyond.
