Euro 2016: England supporters in France are continuing to give English sports fans a bad reputation, with a new video having emerged of supporters mocking poor children in Lille by throwing coins and laughing at them.
England fans have already raised the ire of many in France after engaging in violent behaviour with Russian fans ahead of the two national squads’ match on Saturday, but although the violence calmed down after this initial match, it seems that many England fans continue to be thoroughly disrespectful during the European competition.
In a video posted to Twitter, England fans can be taunting local children, throwing money at them while laughing and chiding them. Max Allanazarov, the user who uploaded the video, wrote: “English fans are mocking at gipsy children throwing them coins [sic]”.

The UK has sent over 4,000 extra police to help France with providing security ahead of the England v Wales match on Thursday. The selling of alcohol has already been curbed ahead of the match, with roughly 350 bars closing early and shops selling booze being shut until Friday.
