Marcellus Wiley’s Estranged Wife Annemarie Scores Major Win in Divorce Battle

Marcellus Wiley and his estranged wife Annemarie Wiley’s divorce drama has been making plenty of headlines. While the case has now reached its final stage, new developments have brought bad news for the former NFL star, as the case appears to have gone in his estranged wife’s favor, giving the TV personality a major win in their divorce battle.

Annemarie Wiley gets sole custody and a restraining order against Marcellus Wiley

According to TMZ’s coverage, the court has issued a ruling in the divorce case involving former NFL star Marcellus Wiley and RHOBH star Annemarie Wiley. The ruling gives Annemarie Wiley sole custody and a restraining order against Marcellus Wiley.

According to the documents, the 51-year-old must stay 100 yards away from his estranged wife and their three children. If he wants to visit his children during this period, the court will allow only monitored visits.

The ex-host can see his kids twice during the week and once on the weekend, but only until Marcellus Wiley completes five domestic violence classes. Once he completes the classes, he can visit his children without supervision.

The ruling also states that if the California-born athlete completes 26 classes, Marcellus and Annemarie can meet and confer about giving him more time with the children. That arrangement could potentially include overnight visits with the kids.

For context, Annemarie Wiley’s demands did not end there, as they also included financial requests reportedly exceeding $200,000, along with spousal support. However, the judge has not made a decision on the financial matters and declined to issue any order regarding them. The court did, however, require Marcellus Wiley and his estranged wife to attend a parenting counseling session.

The divorce case, which began in July 2026, has now concluded on September 9, 2026, at the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Annemarie currently has custody of their three children: Marcellus Jr., Ariya, a daughter who is approximately 7 years old, and Alivia.
