BTS’ J-Hope Wows on Jimmy Fallon With ‘Sweet Dreams’ Performance

BTS member J-Hope made his much-awaited appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday, March 10. The rapper talked about his new solo release “Sweet Dreams,” featuring R&B powerhouse Miguel. Supported by his loyal fanbase ARMY, the K-pop star took to the stage to perform the song and was joined by Miguel as well. As expected from the megastar, his gentle grooves and rap were a hit with the audience.

Aside from his debut solo performance on the late-night talk show, J-Hope also spoke about his “Hope on the Stage” world tour and his wish to work with one of his favorites Kendrick Lamar.

BTS member J-Hope commanded attention with his debut solo performance of his newly released single “Sweet Dreams” on Jimmy Fallon’s show. He was accompanied by singer Miguel, who also features in the song. The duo sang in perfect harmony, leaving the audience excited. For the performance, the two stood on separate stages, accompanied by a live band. The K-pop star charmed his way into fans’ hearts with his delicate moves and rap.

J-Hope delivered a stunning rendition of his new song and also served a masterclass in comfy yet stylish fashion on the talk show. He paired a vest and blazer combo with jeans featuring large leather patches. However, it was his footwear that added a fun twist to his ensemble while also adding some style that’s truly his. The BTS member completed his look with cozy brown bunny slippers.

Meanwhile, J-Hope also spoke to host Jimmy Fallon about his inspiration behind making “Sweet Dreams.” The star confessed that his gratitude for his fanbase ARMY led to the hit single. Teasing what fans could expect from his ongoing “Hope on the Stage” world tour, the star said, “It’ll be a show unique to J-Hope. So, yeah, I’m ready.”

The “Hope on the Stage” tour ticked off in South Korea on February 28 before proceeding to major cities across North America and Asia. His North American leg of the tour begins on Thursday, March 13, in Brooklyn, New York.

J-Hope is not done here. After his appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s show, he took to Weverse to announce two more upcoming singles. He also treated his fans to his remix album “Sweet Dreams (zzZ Remixes) on March 11.
