BLACKPINK’s Jennie opted for a series of all-black ensembles for the Billboard cover story feature. The artist sported a stunning black top from Juun.J and paired it with Retrofete shorts. Jennie also wore ASH shoes and OMEGA watches to complete the look. Moreover, the top added a touch of drama with its huge shoulder pads. Also, Jennie wore her dark hair down in a sleek style.
During the video interview with Billboard, Jennie also described her style for the cover photoshoot. The singer-rapper gushed over the look and said, “I feel very powerful right now, I think I look like a football player with how my shoulder looks right now, I’m loving this energy.”
Jennie continued, “Yeah, I think it’s a fun look with my sleek hair, my makeup, my nails.” The singer further shared they “wanted to portray elegance and beauty” for her feature. Jennie playfully asked, “What better color to convey that than black?” The K-pop star said, “I feel like a strong, independent woman right now.”
For her Billboard feature, Jennie pulled off several more breathtaking all-black outfits. The BLACKPINK star also wore a dreamy black dress from Jacquemus for one of the looks. The strapless piece adds a delicate touch with a long and thin scarf wrapped around the neck. Besides that, the musician also looked ethereal in a black lacy top from Markgong.
