Fans of the beautiful and charming fantasy 2.5D sidescrolling platformer will be happy to know that the third iteration in the franchise, Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power, has been announced and is initially coming to PC in 2015. What this means for other platforms, we’re not sure, but it looks possible that a PC release is only a preliminary platform announcement, with more to follow later; Trine has been multiplatform heretofore.
