The Calgary Comic Expo, which will celebrate its 10th anniversary during its April 2015 installment, has added “The Walking Dead” star Norman Reedus to its star-studded schedule of celeb guests.
Actor Lana Parrilla of “Once Upon A Time” will also be at the event. Previously announced guest stars include Robin Lord Taylor, who plays the Penguin on “Gotham,” Kristy Swanson and Luke Perry from the film “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” and Ming-Na Wen from Marvel’s “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”
Reedus, who plays Daryl Dixon on AMC’s hit series “The Walking Dead,” is also known for his work in 1999’s “The Boondock Saints” and the 2009 sequel “The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day.” He has also appeared in a variety of music videos (for all kinds of bands, including Tonic, R.E.M., and Lady Gaga). He has two film projects in the works for 2015: sci-fi thriller “Air” and the drama “Triple Nine” with Kate Winslet, Gal Gadot, Casey Affleck, and Woody Harrelson – it’s scheduled for release next September.
The Calgary Comic Expo, which is now the second largest pop culture convention, will take place from April 16-19 at Stampede Park. To purchase tickets online, click here.
