It’s National Vodka Day. Seriously. It’s yet another day devoted to raising awareness to a liquor everyone on Earth would otherwise recognize. But, I don’t want to digress into yet another diatribe on how much overkill all these “National ____ Days” are.
Instead, let’s shut up and start mixing our vodka cocktails with the help of UV and Prairie Organic Spirits. Drink up quick before I start making smart ass remarks about how much I’m looking forward to National Campari Day.

Summer Crush
Ingredients:
- 1 part UV Sugar Crush
- 1 part cranberry juice
- 1 part Peach Schnapps
- 1 part orange juice
Directions: Rim glass with sugar. Shake ingredients with ice and strain.
Weekend Spice
Ingredients:
- 1 part UV Sriracha Vodka
- 12 oz light beer
- 1/4 cup tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Directions: Serve in salt-rimmed pint glass.
Prairie Refresh
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Prairie Cucumber Flavored Vodka
- 2 1-inch cubes of seedless watermelon
- 1 diced lime (bitter ends removed)
- 1 oz organic agave nectar
- Salt
- 1 cucumber slice
Directions: Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, then serve in a lowball glass over ice with a lightly salted rim. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
Berry Sweet Summer
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Prairie Organic Vodka
- 4 blackberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- Soda water
- Mint sprig
Directions: Combine blackberries, lemon juice and simple syrup. Gently crush berries. Add ice and vodka, then top with seltzer. Stir to combine. Garnish with mint.
