Three-time Emmy winner Elaine Stritch has passed away in her home in Birmingham, Michigan. A storied and successful career highlighted by stage (Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?) and TV appearances (30 Rock) has come to a close at the age of 89. She was quite loved and well known in many parts of the entertainment industry; many are sad to see her go.
The remarkable woman was working nearly up until her death, putting out the documentary Elaine Stritch: Shoot Me.
