DC has announced that legendary Batman creators Denny O’Neil, Neal Adams and Frank Miller will join the current Batman creative team of Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo for a special panel called Batman 75: Legends of The Dark Knight. Geoff Johns, Grant Morrison and Jim Lee will also be on that panel on Thursday, July 24.
Also on Thursday, the long awaited home video release of the ‘60s “Batman” TV series will get a spotlight panel with Adam West, Burt Ward and Julie Newmar.
On Saturday, July 26, Kevin Conroy (the voice of Batman from “Batman: The Animated Series”) will join Paul Dini, Ralph Garman, Peter Girardi, Jim Lee and Geoff Johns for another Batman 75th Anniversary panel that looks at the adaptations of Batman in film, TV and video games.
For fans on the convention floor, DC is bringing a massive Batman exhibit that features the costumes worn by Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney and Christian Bale in the Batman movies.
Comic-Con will also get the world premiere of the new animated movie, Batman: Assault on Arkham and panels dedicated to the upcoming video games Batman: Arkham Knight and LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham in addition to another panel dedicated to the current Batman comics published by DC Comics.
