Original Story: Sony has just unveiled a new trailer for its upcoming PlayStation 4-exclusive The Order: 1886, which offers a bit more insight into the game’s story.
While we are already well aware of the game’s graphical power, which you can see in the series of gameplay footage Gifs we posted earlier this week, all this talk of how it may well be one of the most visually impressive games ever has led to its narrative being somewhat overlooked. This trailer focuses on nothing but said narrative, detailing the war-torn London streets players will be shooting their way through later this year.
While the PS4 is selling like hot cakes, Sony is no doubt hoping that The Order: 1886 will prove to be a big hit to rival the Microsoft-exclusive Titanfall, which is threatening to be the next huge IP in the vein of Call of Duty. While The Order: 1886 certainly looks pretty, given the hugely positive feedback Microsoft and developer Respawn has received regarding the Titanfall beta, it’s certainly got its work cut out for it in this respect.
