Watch The First Trailer For ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 4

“If you want justice, you’ve come to the wrong place.” Tyrion Lannister

The return of “Game of Thrones” is just a few months away. And there is no justice in King’s Landing. Joffrey Baratheon (Jack Gleeson) is still king and the Northern rebellion was crushed when Robb Stark was murdered at a wedding.

But in the newly released trailer for “Game of Thrones” Season 4, Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) tells Joffrey that the war isn’t over yet. But don’t expect Joffrey to heed the warning of his uncle/father. He’s never listened to reason before, so why should he now?

The trailer offers a tantalizing glimpse of the new season, including Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) clashing with her father, Tywin (Charles Dance); Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) attempting to solidify her power in the East, Jon Snow (Kit Harington) and the Night’s Watch preparing for war against the Wilding Army of Mance Rayder (Ciarán Hinds), the debut of Prince Oberyn Martell, aka “The Red Viper” (Pedro Pascal)… and Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) imprisoned and in chains?!

I actually know why Tyrion is imprisoned and I wish that I did not. So let this be a warning to all “Game of Thrones” fans: never google the character names… ever! The internet is your enemy this season. If you thought last season had some surprises, well… get ready for more.

“Game of Thrones” Season 4 begins Sunday, April 06 on HBO.
