New year, new license. If you were still holding out to play Deadpool game from the PSN or Xbox Live, good luck. Crave’s sister site Destructoid noticed Wednesday that some Marvel licensed games had disappeared from Steam, Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network.
Specifically, Spider-Man games, X-Men games and Deadpool. Activision, which published Deadpool and some other movie tie-in titles, had previously announced it was getting out of the licensed franchise game business.
There is no official explanation yet from either Marvel, game developers or game servers.
