Original Story: GTA Online is set to launch today (October 1st), with developers Rockstar announcing the time that the multiplayer mode will roll out.
From 4am PST, 7am ET and 12pm UK time, GTA Online will be available on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. At that time, a small title update for Grand Theft Auto V will be released, and when you have downloaded it, you will be able to access the online mode from the game’s menu. You can also quickly hop into GTA Online from the fourth slot in the story mode’s character wheel.
GTA Online is set to be one of the most ambitious multiplayer modes in this current generation of hardware, with Rockstar boasting that it will feature a persistent game world and a steady stream of updated content, ensuring its longevity.
