Last season on “Strike Back,” Sgt. Damien Scott (Sullivan Stapleton), Sgt. Michael Stonebridge (Philip Winchester) and the rest of Section 20 took down rogue millionaire Conrad Knox (Charles Dance) and prevented his nuke from going off in Africa.
In the aftermath of that story, Scott and Stonebridge took a leave of absence from Section 20. But in the third season premiere of “Strike Back,” they won’t be out for very long. The first preview scene from this week’s episode catches up with Scott and Stonebridge as they race down the California highways. Unfortunately for them, Section 20 comes calling pretty quickly.
This week’s second preview is our exclusive scene of the week, as Scott and Stonebridge prepare to parachute into Columbia. We also get our first glimpse of Section 20’s commander, Rachael Dalton (Rhona Mitra), looking a little worse for wear since the last time we saw her.
And finally, the third preview scene of the week finds Scott and Stonebridge with their new ally (and a prisoner) on a speedboat as they try to get away from a vicious drug cartel.

Enjoying a long-deserved vacation, Scott (Sullivan Stapleton) and Stonebridge (Philip Winchester) are recalled after a fellow Section 20 member dies while pursuing the elusive terrorist Al-Zuhari in Beirut. A new lead sends them into the remote jungles of Colombia in pursuit of a known associate of Al-Zuhari’s and deep in territory controlled by a powerful drug cartel.
