Hailey Bieber ‘Never’ Made Fun of Selena Gomez & Her Fiancé

A representative for Hailey Bieber addressed her apparent clash with Selena Gomez for liking a video mocking her and fiancé Benny Blanco’s relationship. Bieber’s rep dismissed the claim, exclusively telling US Weekly that she “never” mocked Gomez and Blanco and calling it an “old, tired narrative.” Previously, a TikTok user shared that the Rhode founder apparently liked a derogatory post that poked fun at the engaged couple.

Hailey Bieber is done and dusted with Selena Gomez feud stories

Hailey Bieber’s representative refuted her supposed clash with Selena Gomez for allegedly mocking her and Benny Blanco’s relationship by liking a disparaging post. The claim first surfaced after a TikTok user stated that Bieber dropped a like on a post that made fun of Gomez and Blanco and their cheeky photos for Interview Magazine. In the video, the said user displayed the engaged couple’s photos from the shoot, noting they couldn’t “decide which is the worst.”

Now, the model’s representative finally made it clear on Sunday that “this never happened,” relaying that she never liked the post in the first place. In the statement, the rep further pointed out how the content creator fabricated the claim as they looked “to capitalize off of an old, tired narrative.” In addition, this statement proved that the Rhode Skin founder is done and dusted with feud claims surrounding Gomez.

This wasn’t the first time rumors about a clash between Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez surfaced. Reportedly, in 2023, netizens accused Bieber and Kylie Jenner of mocking the “Only Murders in the Building” star’s eyebrows. After the allegations first surfaced, both Gomez and Bieber made public statements about the online harassment and hate the latter received.

At the time, the Rare Beauty founder even spoke out on the subject, writing on her Instagram Stories that Hailey Bieber “reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity.” She denounced such actions because “no one should have to experience hate or bullying” and urged people to be kind and put a stop to it.
