Who Is [Spoiler’s] Killer on General Hospital?

General Hospital recently said a tearful goodbye to rookie officer Dex Heller, played by Evan Hofer. As a result, fans are delving deep into his death, wondering who is responsible for taking Dex’s life. So, who killed Dex in General Hospital?

Here are the latest General Hospital spoilers to explain the murder mystery of the character in the series.

Is Sonny or Cyrus Dex’s killer on General Hospital?

As of now, it is not confirmed who killed Dex in General Hospital but people are speculating why it could be Sonny or Cyrus.

Dex was a cop who was investigating the death of Sam McCall, who passed away due to the consumption of a non-prescribed medicine. He was seen investigating at Rice Plaza. Further, he also tried to stop a fight between drunk footballers along with Lauren. While Lauren chased the escaped footballers, Dex left for the alley. However, things took a dark turn when a stranger, possibly the killer of Sam, was seen following him and Dex ended up getting stabbed from behind.

He was rushed to the hospital and underwent surgery. However, Dex passed away due to cardiac arrest in the presence of his girlfriend Josslyn and friend Anna Devane. Following his tragic demise, fans took to General Hospital’s official Facebook page to speculate the name of the murderer.

Some felt it could be the dangerous gangster Sonny, Josslyn Jack’s stepfather. However, many defended Sonny by saying that he has been loyal to his loved ones despite his criminal life. Further, some guessed the killer to be Sonny’s rival mafia Cyrus Renault, who was the mastermind behind the bomb blast, nearly killing Lulu Spencer. He also took Sam’s life by tampering with the IV drip and wanted to harm Lulu again by malfunctioning her ventilator. So, it is possible he stabbed Dex out of his hatred for Sonny’s close ones and to take complete charge of Port Charles.

While theories are endless, only the upcoming episodes of General Hospital can disclose the actual culprit’s name.
