Hailey Bieber Flaunts Her Sculpted Abs as She Reveals Workout Routine

Hailey Bieber showed off her stunning sculpted abs and bubble butt while posting her workout routine post-pregnancy. The founder of Rhode recently took to her Instagram Stories to share glimpses of her fitness regime. The posts showed the model exercising with a blue resistance band, which she wrapped around her thighs.

Hailey Bieber, who welcomed her first child with her husband Justin Bieber in August, recently posted photos and a video showing glimpses of her workout routine on Instagram Stories. According to Daily Mail, she wrote on top of the snap, “bday burn,” tagging her fitness trainer Kirsty Godso. Apart from Bieber, Godso has also worked with other celebrities such as Kaia Gerber. 

For the workout session, Bieber opted for a black crop top with full sleeves. She paired the top with a pair of matching black shorts. The skin-hugging workout set beautifully flaunted the model’s toned physique. The new mom also donned a pair of classic white sneakers. Maintaining a middle partition, which is a signature style of Bieber, she kept her hair in a loose and low ponytail so that it did not interrupt her routine while she performed the exercises.

In the video she posted on Instagram Story, Hailey Bieber does the fire hydrant exercise as she lifts one of her legs to the side at a time and repeats the process. For some extra push, she also includes a blue resistance brand in the regime, which she wrapped around her thighs. The Rhode founder also had black ankle weights wrapped around her ankles. While doing the set, she kept one of her hands on a blue balance ball. She placed herself on a yoga mat to practice the exercise comfortably. In another picture, Hailey Bieber posed while looking over her shoulder and flashing two thumbs up.
