In an October 24 interview with US Weekly, Sofia Vergara sat down with her son, Manolo Gonzalez Vergara, to talk about food, family, and love. They discussed Manolo’s passion for cooking, which stemmed from the star’s practice of “never cooking,” which then led to him creating “his own food memories.”
After briefly discussing their taste preferences, the two got talking about dating. Manolo then asked Sofia Vergara if she still believed the NYC dating scene was the best. She was quick to answer with “Totally,” adding that she had been talking about it the previous day as she was “kind of single.” Sofia Vergara’s answer provided a glance into her current relationship, as she is reportedly dating orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman.
Sofia Vergara and her boyfriend Justin Saliman sparked dating rumors late last year. However, they made it official on Instagram in April this year when Saliman appeared in Vergara’s Instagram stories. According to PEOPLE, the caption read, “If u ever get a major knee surgery make sure u get a handsome doctor who will sleep with u that night!!!! Luv u.”
The couple celebrated Mother’s Day together and he was also present at her culinary brand’s launch party. Moreover, he has appeared in Sofia Vergara’s Instagram posts, often spotted beside her during group dinners and family celebrations.
Vergara separated from her ex-husband, Joe Manganiello, in July last year and Manganiello is currently dating Caitlin O’Connor.
