Justin Timberlake Gives it To Janet

Recent rumors are suggesting that Justin Timberlake’s guest appearance on Timbaland’s new single, “Give It To Me,” is a lyrical attack on Janet Jackson. His verse is believed to be in response to Jackson’s appearance on Oprah Winfrey, where she claimed she has not spoken to Timberlake since the her now infamous Super Bowl “wardrobe malfunction” and still blames him for the incident. Timberlake apparently saw the episode. He sings:

Could you speak up and stop mumbling?/I don’t think you came in clear/When you’re sitting on the top/it’s hard to hear you from way up here/I saw you tryin’ to act cute on TV/Just let me clear the air/We missed you on the charts last week/Damn that’s right, you wasn’t there.”

Wow, Justin Timberlake is so hardcore, he’s in a beef with a 40 year old woman. That’s only supposed to happen when one didn’t put light starch on your shirts when the receipt clearly says you paid for it. I come in here every week Mrs. Wu, is that so hard to get right!

You can hear the song here, but this isn’t the official video:
