A while back we all told you about a woman named Jennifer Furguson. Furguson beat the snot out of her boyfriend after he didn’t want to have sex with her. Well, we have another one of those stories and this time the spotlight is on a woman named Rebecca Lynn Phelps.
The 30-year-old, from Pasco Country, was recently arrested and charged with battery after assaulting her friend after he declined her offer to have sex.
It all kicked off when Phelps and her male friend found themselves both drunk, and that’s when Phelps “started to get mad with the victim because he did not want to have sexual relations with her,” according to the affidavit. So since the dude said no thanks to sex, Phelps responded by screaming and smacking him right in the face. Phelps also scratched his arm so hard that he started to bleed.

During police questioning, Phelps “stated nothing happened” and said she did not know what caused the man to bleed. A witness who was inside the residence at the time of the confrontation told police that he heard the victim yell to Phelps, “Please stop hitting me,” and “then he heard a smack.”
Phelps was arrested for misdemeanor battery and booked into the county jail, where she is locked up on $500 bond. A judge has ordered her to have no contact with the victim.
No word yet if Phelps will asks her friend for makeup sex when she gets out of jail.
