Have you ever seen one of your favorite characters enjoying an alcholoic beverage on screen and thought “I wish I had one of those now!” Well, now you can!
This month, Insight Editions has released Go Ahead, Make My Drink, a new book that features 60 drink recipes that were inspired by some of the most popular movies and TV shows. Bartender Anthony Marinese wrote the book and came up with the recipes which pay homage to classics like The Rocky Horror Picture Show, James Bond, Miami Vice, and The Blues Brothers, as well as more modern creations like Mad Men, How I Met Your Mother, and The Walking Dead. Each recipe is also accompanied by an illustration by Horacio Cassinelli.
To mark the occassion, Insight Editions has provided CraveOnline with four exclusive images from the book, which feature recipes based on Star Trek, Game of Thrones, Doctor Who, and The Simpsons. Finally, we’re gonna learn what Milk of the Poppy tastes like! But how could the Star Trek drink not be Romulan Ale?! We’re seriously questioning that choice. To hear Doctor McCoy tell it, that stuff was worth crossing the Nuetral Zone for!
