Civil War II has overtaken the Marvel universe, and now it’s time for the Guardians of the Galaxy to jump into the fray! The Guardians have been off Earth for a long time, but some of them may not be ready to pick sides in the latest superhero conflict. Unfortunately, they don’t get a vote! The battle has come to them, and it’s time to make a choice.
In CraveOnline’s exclusive preview for Guardians of the Galaxy # 12, Angela and a few other members come down firmly on the side of Carol Danvers, a.k.a. Captain Marvel. Carol and her forces are supporting the predictive justice measures from the Inhuman known as Ulysses. She’s also a former member of the team, but so is Iron Man. And although a few members of the team voice their concerns about Carol’s plans, they’re not exactly lining up to join Tony Stark.

Come on, Thing! He’s been on Earth before when there were multiple Iron Men and Captain Americas. Bendis even wrote some of those issues!

“The Guardians’ allegiances are split right down the middle, and tensions have NEVER been higher! Will they be too busy fighting to guard the galaxy? Will that even matter if they can’t leave Earth? “
Guardians of the Galaxy # 12 will be released on Wednesday, September 21.
