Believe it or not, here’s a super positive story from Russia.
Vadim Rustam, his wife, and his sister were walking around on the streets of Russia when they heard barking and whimpers coming from under a sidewalk.
After attempting to get help from the city’s housing authority to no avail, Vadim and his family decided to do the job themselves and dig the terrified dog out from under the ground.
It seems that the dog, who is pregnant, wandered into the sinkhole where workers unknowingly (or knowingly, because people are shit) buried it alive. The dog spent two days in complete darkness without food or water.
Thanks to Vadim and his quick thinking, this dog and her pups are alive and well.
The dog is believe to be a stray and she is currently at a local animal rescue shelter where it will be made for adoption soon.
