New Mexico Woman Doesn’t Care for Cable Fees, Pulls Gun on Comcast Worker

Unless the worker was taking away her free late-night Skinemax, then it’s quite likely she overreacted.

According to UPI, a 48-year-old Albuquerque woman is in deep shit after pulling a gun on a Comcast worker who showed up at her house to perform work on her cable service.

When the Comcast serviceman arrived at Gloria Baca-Lucero’s place on Monday, he informed her of a fee she would have to pay for the work he was about to do. Baca-Lucero thought the work should have been done for free, so she called customer service, and they also told her she would have to pay.

That still wasn’t good enough for Baca-Lucero, who refused to sign for the fee. When the serviceman gathered his tools and made his way toward his truck, she allegedly followed and brought one of his tool bags back to the house. Naturally, the worker attempted to take his tools back, and that’s when Baca-Lucero allegedly pointed a Glock at him.

The worker wasn’t about to go out like that, so he left the property and called 911. Baca-Lucero was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
