Johnny Manziel and His Penis Were Part of a Bogus Lawsuit

Johnny Manziel has been in the NFL for less than three weeks, and he’s already had a restraining order filed against him. And no, it’s not from Cleveland Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer in an effort to hold onto his starting job.

According to the guys at Deadspin, “Johnny Football” was named in a lawsuit filed by HLN contributor Samantha Schacher this week in which the TV personality was seeking $25 million because of dick pics Manziel sent her over the last year.

Both Schacher’s and Manziel’s agent quickly responded today that the lawsuit was indeed a hoax and most likely filed by “serial filer” Jonathan Lee Riches.

Some of the excerpts from the lawsuit are beyond entertaining, including one that alleges Manziel sent an Instagram photo of his penis in a hot dog bun to Schacher on Christmas Eve and called her a “Ho, Ho, Ho.”

But the best bogus claim has to be one where Schacher alleges Manziel sent her a homemade video of himself while on the “It’s a Small World” ride at Walt Disney World. Of course, the video showed Manziel unbuttoning his pants and jingling his penis to the music.

If you think “A Game of Thrones” is a must-read, it’s got nothing on this. You can read the entire bogus “Small Package Lawsuit” here.
