This video was recorded nine years ago when a curious little girl wanted to see how she sounded singing “The Circle of Life” from “The Lion King.” It turns out she doesn’t have a future in music, but watching her attempt is pretty entertaining. She uploaded the video herself and her story of how she came across it so long after it was recording is enjoyable as well:
“About 9 years ago, my parents bought me an iPod and a camera for Christmas. I didn’t know how good of a singer I was so I thought I’d record myself singing (with my headphones in) and see how I sounded. I sang ‘The Circle of Life.’ I watched the video after recording and thought it wasn’t very good so I put the camera away and forgot about it. Years later, my dad was going through old files on my computer and found this video. He thought it was hilarious and made another video making fun of my singing. I had forgotten all about the video and when he showed it to me, I couldn’t stop laughing. So here it is … enjoy.”
